Lost in Space VR

Welcome to your spaceship! Steer your ship savely through the asteroid field or be Lost in Space forever. You can either avoid the asteroids or shoot them before they hit you.

In this VR game, we wanted to experiment with the possibilities and limitations of VR, especially those of immersion. Our intend for this game was “to make someone fly".  To give the players the feeling of "flying", we made them stand on a balancing board and steer the UFO by balancing to the left and right. By doing so, the security of a solid ground was reduced, and the immersion increased.
